The Elevate programme is designed primarily for dentists, especially those who already deliver cosmetic or restorative dentistry, and want to expand into facial aesthetics in a safe, structured, and supported way.

We also welcome motivated dentists who are completely new to aesthetics, but who want to approach it comprehensively,  not as a side course, but as a serious clinical pathway.

This programme is for thoughtful, clinically minded professionals who:

We occasionally accept GMC-registered doctors, but only where there is strong clinical alignment and a clear commitment to the mentorship process. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Elevate is not for clinicians who:

The Elevate Mentorship is more than a course, it’s a two-year journey.

It begins with three months of in-depth online theory, covering facial anatomy, safety, assessment, and treatment planning, the essential foundations for safe, confident practice.

This is followed by 10 full-day clinical training sessions across the year, where you’ll treat real patients under close guidance, using a case-led, full-face approach. Many delegates complete 20–30 patient cases during this time, enough to begin implementing confidently outside the mentorship environment.

Alongside your clinical days, you’ll receive 12 months of structured mentorship,  including case reviews, treatment planning support, and business integration guidance.

But the support doesn’t stop there.

You’ll also receive a further 12 months of mentorship after your clinical year ends,  because we know the most vulnerable point for many clinicians is when they begin treating independently. At Mediject, you’re never left wondering if you’re doing it right.

In total, you’ll receive:

• 3 months of foundational theory
• 10 clinical training days
• A full library of video-based demonstrations
• 24 months of expert mentorship

You’ll receive 10 full-day, in-person clinical training sessions, delivered across the year, covering everything from foundational techniques to advanced, full-face treatment planning.

Every session is hands-on, case-led, and anatomically focused. You’ll assess, plan, and treat real patients, with full support from our clinical team at every stage. There is no sharing of models,  because we aim to emulate real-world clinical setups, where each patient is yours to assess and treat with intention.

You’ll learn to inject the face with precision, confidence, and safety,  building technical skill, clinical judgement, and professional autonomy.

From first injections to complex multi-region plans, you’ll be mentored every step of the way.
This is not just clinical exposure, it’s full integration, with mentorship that stays with you far beyond the training room.

Each day is focused, intimate, and practical. You won’t be lost in a crowd. You’ll be working with real patients, with close support, and with time to refine your technique properly, and our delegates leave with a portfolio of up to 30 cases during their year with us.
